We are specialists in
Climate-Responsive Design

Climate-responsive design is architecture design that responds to the natural climate of the location. Following this philosophy, our buildings are designed giving utmost preferences to the suitable materiality, orientation, daylighting, solar shading systems, geometric volumes, ventilation strategies, passive heat gain control systems, integration of renewable energy systems and so on to make the building energy efficient. This green building practice is aligned with the vision of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - particularly goal number 11 - Sustainable Cities and Communities.  By the year 2030, we aim to design 10,00,000 sqft of built-up area of structures which are energy efficient to reduce the buildings' environmental impact.

How does Climate-responsive architecture benefit you?

Climate-responsive architecture has a lot to offer for the project stakeholders

User comfort

Results in thermally comfortable spaces where it is not too cold or too hot for any of the users. This is achieved through passive systems and without the need for any additional energy to be spent

Possible tax benfits

This is subject to the location of the project and the local regulations at play. We foresee that most governments will move towards this in the coming years to encourage green building technologies

Increased brand value

Preparedness towards getting a green building certification can result in the addition of brand value for the project stakeholders

Wellness and grounding

The planning, finishes and volumes in our buildings result in compassionate spaces for all, which are universally user-friendly and emphasize on the wellness of the users. With the principles of togetherness with the environment coming to life, every sort of building we design works towards making the users feel grounded at all times.

Reduced operational expenses

The buildings naturally cool themselves thereby reducing the expenses for air conditioning, installing renewable energy systems make the buildings self sufficient in terms of energy requirements, reduced lighting requirements as there is sufficient daylighting in all spaces and so on

 Capital appreciation

Our buildings are more than just visually beautiful structures. They are statements of what you stand for and the causes you support which have been designed to built to last
